Prepping for Success

Today I am cleaning out and reorganizing my pantry, refrigerator and freezer for success. I do have to consider that my husband and daughter will not be eating exactly what I will be eating and that is okay with me.

Kerry gave me a list of “acceptable foods” and “foods to avoid” for my autoimmune disorder. I had a few containers of granola and lentils that got thrown away. Not even Eric or Kaylynn would eat them, so it wasn’t going to be missed 😊

This is also a good time for me to get rid of any remaining plastic containers and use glass containers and mason jars for food storage.  My refrigerator will be looking spiffy by the end of the day. Once I get into the groove, I plan on picking one day a week to food prep.
