Eating for my Health

Today was my first full day of following the eating plan and I survived! No carb or sweet cravings! My real weakness is carbs. I love bread, rice and pasta.

I’m happy to say that I was able to walk a little less pain today. I attended a network meeting and spent an hour at the grocery store walking around and reading labels. I had made some food changes this past weekend and it looks like I’m on the right path.

Bacon & avocado for breakfast; rotisserie chicken breast & salad for lunch; turkey breast deli meat & pickles for a snack and supper was grass-fed beef patty and calabacita (Mexican) squash sautéed with onions.  Yum!
