Unplanned Meals are Not a Problem Anymore!
In just a few days of making different food choices, I am feeling better and have a little more energy than I’ve had in months. For my planned breakfast I had steamed asparagus and a slice of ham for breakfast. So delicious! My husband and I had lunch at his uncle’s home and I was able to make good choices. Baked pork roast and roasted vegetables (carrots, onions & mushrooms). I choose not to eat potatoes, the made from scratch dinner rolls and Kahlua chocolate cake. Our afternoon got away from us and we decided to go out for a steak dinner. I choose my sides to be both vegetables. Even though my hubby’s loaded mashed potatoes looked delicious, I didn’t miss them. Feeling better is more important to me now.
