Today was the day that Kerry met me at Natural Grocers to get educated on how to read food labels. It was important that I understand what was good and bad for my autoimmune disorder. This field trip was awesome! I learned so much. Understanding what one is eating should be a class in high school!
I bought a few things that I didn't have at home and are "On-Plan" for me.
- Grass-fed Ghee
- Avocado Oil
- Organic Liquid Aminos (Soy Sauce alternative)
- Cocoyo Living Coconut Yogurt (I am not consuming dairy products for now)
- Culina Dairy Free & Plant based Yogurt
- Seasnax organic roasted seaweed snack. (I had never had seaweed before and I was surprised that I like it!)
For dinner I sautéed some wild-caught shrimp with the avocado oil and diced garlic plus a spring salad with cucumbers. Yummo!
