Thought I would share what happened with my furry best friend, Luke. He is a yellow Labrador Retriever that we rescued 2 years ago.
Last night my husband made a yummy appetizer called Devils on Horseback. These are shrimp with cream cheese, pickled jalapeno wrapped in bacon. We were eating some of these delicious wrapped shrimp while watching our favorite TV show. After some time had gone by, I decided to pick up the kitchen and put things away. I noticed that the remaining shrimps were missing. I asked my husband if he had finished them up and he said "no". We surmised that Luke had quietly reached up onto the island and ate them.
There was nothing we could do except hope that it would not upset his stomach. The next morning I walked into our living room and found the evidence on the carpet! Oh well ..... Here is a before and after picture of the event. I didn't have any carpet cleaner, so I used OnGuard Cleaning Concentrate. How amazing is that?!
